Nicola specializes in helping business leaders build a scaleable and profitable Sales Engine for their company.

She is invited to speak internationally and has published two international bestsellers, which have been translated into 16 languages and her hotly anticipated third book is due out later this year. Nicola is the preferred sales speaker for a number of organisations including, Vistage, WeConnect, Prelude Group, and Smith & Williamson, and in September 2019 she was invited to join the Corporate Advisory group of London based Venture Builders Aspremont, working with, and advising a number of their portfolio investments.

In March 2019 Nicola was the recipient of two Vistage speaker awards. Best Newcomer, in recognition of a consultant who has delivered the most valuable content in their first 12months as an approved Vistage speaker, and the Vistage Outperformer award, which is given to those whose workshops receive average scores of over 90%.

In addition to her speaking credentials, two of Nicola’s VIP clients have completed successful exits in the past twelve months and she herself is a keen investor in scale-up businesses with strong ESG credentials. Nicola’s charitable fund The Aurora Foundation is managed by County Durham Community Foundation and she donates a chunk of her time working and inspiring school children through the ‘Speakers for Schools’ charity, for which she received the Worshipful Company of Educators’ Mary Lou Carrington Award in 2020.

In her spare time, Nicola writes women’s fiction under the pen name ‘Isabella Wiles’ and will have released four novels by the end of this year.
